"Sabrina, do you miss Nicholas and Olivia?"
"No..."
"Really? Why not?"
"Because they're always in my heart."
"So if I give you a hug, and Nicholas and Olivia are in your heart, I'm giving them a hug too?"
"Yes!"
We gave birth to twin babies July 18, 2007 only to discover a couple of months later that Nicholas had a fatal genetic disease called spinal muscular atrophy. He passed away November 27, 2007 and a week later his twin sister Olivia was diagnosed with the same disease. She passed away January 12, 2008. This is a memoir of their lives, as well as a place to share my journey through everything that has happened.

How sweet! I'm sure she is getting LOTS of even more special hugs now!!
Wow......I think we can all learn something from our little Sabrina. I can't wait to give her a hug tomorrow, it's going to mean so much more now. Tricia
That's awesome! That sure brings home what the Bible says, "and a small child shall lead them.....". I echo Tricia's sentiment. Love, Mummy
